This weeks track wraps up the winter collection of music which will be bundled together to download soon. I wanted to send off the winter with a completely acoustic tune so I sat in front of a fire with an acoustic guitar and wrote Camberwell Beauty. It’s different to my usual stuff and I hope you guys enjoy it:
So To continue My Weekly Beats section my 5th track is Moonlighting a more dance focused piece that works with some Pads on the OP1 and then extra synth sounds are from Ableton Live and Native Instruments Komplete.
I’m really happy with the way it’s turned out and hope you like the way it sounds aswell.

My New Years resolution this year is to put out more music and with Weekly beats will be forced into it.
The aim of the site is to release a track a week for a year and I’ve set myself the challenge to match it. So every Monday at 00:00 a new track will be up on this site from myself.

I know its been a while on my music front, things have been quiet and relatively slow. The new job is taking up large chunks of time and working on music has slowed down quite drastically.
I have mentioned several times on my twitter feed that some new music would come out soon, but that didn’t materialise quite as planned. This track has been in a recorded state for about two months. The problem I was having was the process of mixing down and mastering the track, something that has taken time. I have bounced it down to CD and listened to it in a collection of places several times, to see if I got it right. Each time I found a new problem with the track which made me go back to the studio and work on it some more.
I finally feel like it’s together in a way that I’m comfortable with and I hope you can get something from it.

Here’s a new track which I made mostly from recorded samples of my gas water heater on my boat. I hope you enjoy it.

Finally after struggling with my internet connection and soundclouds upload process i have added two new tracks for listening to in the music section entitled darkness is my weakness and Loosing is a game i want to win.
I did them both over a week for a friend’s birthday party so its good to finally get some more of my own stuff out there now my work on a film has finished.
I hope to put some more stuff out soon especially over christmas when work dies down and I have more spare time.
